1. What is Self Storage?
Self Storage, also known as rental storage units, offers flexible, customised spaces for storing various items, providing unlimited usage possibilities.

2. What sizes of units are available?
We offer units with areas of 2, 3, 4, or 6 m², each with a height of approximately 2 metres.

3. How secure are the units?
Our storage facilities are protected by:
– An access-controlled gate – only registered users can open the gate.
– 24/7 monitoring and security – all activity in the storage park is closely observed by our security team. In case of danger, an alarm is activated, and an intervention team is called.
– A padlock, which each client uses to secure their unit.

4. What is the minimum and maximum rental period?
The minimum rental period is 1 month, with no maximum limit.

5. What are the rental prices?

6. Are there any additional fees?
There are no hidden costs; the price includes all fees, with no requirement for insurance or a deposit.

7. What can I store in the unit?
You can store various items, except corrosive, flammable materials, and other prohibited items detailed in the Regulations.

8. How do I choose the right size unit?
Use our storage map or contact us for help in selecting the best unit for your needs.

9. Can I drive up to the unit?
Yes, you can conveniently drive a car or van up to each unit.

10. How is access to the storage park controlled?
Access is restricted to individuals with registered phone numbers, which are used to open the gate.

11. Do Storagent employees have access to my unit?
No, employees do not have access to your unit; it is secured with your own padlock.

12. What are the opening hours of the storage facilities?
The facilities are accessible 24/7 throughout the year.

13. Are the units equipped?
Units are not equipped, but you can order additional storage shelves or a padlock if needed.

14. Can I rent a unit remotely?
Yes, you can complete the rental process entirely remotely.

15. How quickly can I rent a unit?
Access to the storage facility can be arranged within 24 hours, and in urgent cases, even within 30 minutes.

16. How tall are the units?
All units have an internal height of approximately 2 metres.

17. Is there access to electricity in the units?
In some units, it is possible to install an electrical socket upon request.

18. Can I view the units before renting?
Yes, arrange a visit with us to see the units and receive additional information.

19. Can I start storing items today?
Yes, we can arrange rental and storage to start on the same day.

20. What happens to items in unpaid units?
Unpaid items may be sold or disposed of according to the Regulations.

21. What is not allowed to be stored in the units?
Prohibited items include explosives, flammable materials, perishable goods, and illegal substances. A detailed list can be found in the Regulations.

22. Can I store food in the unit?
Hermetically sealed food can be stored with prior approval.

23. How many phone numbers can I add to the gate opening system?
You can add up to 2 phone numbers to the system. If you need to add more, please inform our team.

24. Where is the Storagent storage park located?
Address: Powstańców Śląskich 211-217, 53-140 Wrocław (next to the Lidl store).

25. How do I reserve a unit and sign a contract?
The contract can be signed remotely or in person, after contacting our team.

26. Can I pay by card or BLIK?

Payments can be made via quick online transfer, BLIK code, or online payment cards through the imoje payment system, operated by ING Bank Śląski S.A., headquartered in Katowice. A link to online payment will be sent along with the invoice or receipt.

Additionally, payment can be made via a regular bank transfer (according to the issued invoice or receipt) or in cash (after arranging a meeting with our team).

27. Can I change my rented unit for another one?
Yes, you can change your unit by contacting our team.
